1. 대추칩 JUJUBE CHIP
- 반건조 대추채를 완전 건조시켜 함수량을 최소화 하여 반건조 대추채의 보관상 어려움을 해소한 대안 상품입니다.
간식용, 베이킹(쿠키 및 떡)용, 퓨전 빙수 재료 등으로 사용합니다.
- 대추칩은 규격별(대추의 크기, 일반적 상,특초,별초로 나뉨) 생산이 가능하며, 대추칩은 제조방법은 특허청 정식 등록이 되어있습니다.
- 대추칩의 형태는 굵기와 원형의 유지정도를 나누는 공정방법의 차이가 있는일반칩과 특수칩으로 나뉘어 집니다.
- 포장단위(벌크형) : 1CTN = 3kg X 2ea

일반적 세절 형식, 가장 많이 사용되는 대추칩 Free cuting형식임에 반드시 원형을 유지 하고 있지는 아니하다. 세절방식이 비교적 쉬워 단가가 저렴합니다.

3. Semi-dried Jujube Shreds 반건조 대추채
- 씨제거 통대추를 평행 세절한 제품으로 규격은 상초와 특초 2가지로 나눠지며, 1차 세절과 용도에 따라 2~3차 세절이 있다.

5. Jujube Concentrate 대추농축액
- 순수하게 대추를 추출하여 농축시킨 제품/ 65Brix
- 다양한 식품 원료(음료류, 제과류, 떡류)로 사용되며, 에이드 혼합제품으로 사용량이 높아지고 있습니다.

1. 과자처럼 먹는 달콤 바사삭 대추칩 (80g, 30g)

- 대추 본연의 달콤함과 향을 살리기 위하여 일체 감미료 및 방부제 색소를 첨가하지 아니하며, 내부의 씨만 제거하여 링모양의 형상을 유지하였습니다
- 건조를 통해 수분을 최소화로 바삭한 식감을 살려 간식 안주 및 씨리얼등에 혼합하여 사용이 가능한 안전한 농산 식품입니다.
- 특수 대추칩을 사용하여 부스러짐이 적고 깔끔한 상태를 유지합니다.
